Amy Brockschmidt, LPC, CAADC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides counseling services to adolescents (12+) and adults (18+).  Currently I specialize in treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Codependency, and Addiction. 

My goal is to provide an opportunity for growth and self-discovery in the context of a safe and encouraging relationship.  I believe therapy is best used when centered on increasing a person's awareness, freedom, and self-direction.  Collaboratively working to get back into daily life, through problem solving and re-examining the thinking patterns, creating more positive and productive methods.

Jason Greve, MA, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children and adolescents ages 7 and up, and adults of all ages. I specialize in helping people with depression and anxiety, and have worked with individuals on the autism spectrum, those suffering from trauma and PTSD, and individuals struggling with codependency issues and substance abuse.


It is my goal to create an environment in which people feel safe, heard, understood, and accepted. I practice an eclectic counseling style, always incorporating a person-centered methodology that focuses on an individual’s personal needs and goals, while also utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I believe a holistic approach works best, believing that mind, body, spirit, and community are all vital components of each person's will-being.

Stacey Herkner, LMSW, CAADC

I am a Licensed Master Level Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, providing counseling services to adults, age 18+.  I work with alcohol and drug addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, trauma, seniors and aging issues, and management of chronic health concerns and pain.  


Your healing journey begins with creating a safe space where you will be able to share your story and freely express your feelings.  Through the process of person centered planning, you will identify goals based upon what is important to you, resulting in an action plan.  I believe in listening, thinking together, coaching, sharing ideas, seeking feedback and teaching skills. This process is ongoing to make sure you feel supported and encouraged as you move through the change process.

Sara Knutson, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides counseling services to adults (18+) and couples. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma, and marriage/relationship concerns.

I focus on providing a supportive environment where you can explore your concerns, develop goals, learn skills, and discover strengths and resources as you move along your path to self-discovery. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can be a vehicle for change; therefore, I place great value on working from a place of compassion, authenticity, and collaboration.
